Who we are and what this covers

bioaligncare.com is run by KinovaAI LLC of Fresno, California ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website, its forms and its store. The BioAlign Care At Home service itself (the tablet, sensors and family apps) has its own privacy policy at homelite.bioaligncare.com/privacy, which explains how in-home information is handled. In short: cameras are used only in living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms use radar that never takes an image, and the tablet does its watching inside the home.

What we collect

Forms you send us (contact, demo request, mailing list, order forms): the name, email, phone number, organization and message you enter.
Store orders: what you bought, your name, email, phone number and shipping address. Card details are entered on Square's or Affirm's secure pages and never reach our servers.
How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we remember the ad's campaign tags and click ID in your browser for 30 days and attach them to an order, so we know which advertising works.
Site usage: we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. Our servers also keep standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.

How we use it

To answer you, fulfill and support your order, and arrange setup.
To send updates you signed up for. Every update has an unsubscribe option.
To measure advertising: when an order is paid, we tell Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) that a purchase happened: the order value, the item IDs and, for Meta, your email, phone, name and location in hashed (scrambled) form so they can match it to an ad click. We don't send product names or anything about your health to Meta.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and store:

Square (card payments and receipts) and Affirm (financing, if you choose it).
Our own customer records system, which we host ourselves.
Google (Analytics) and Meta (ad measurement), as described above.
Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website.
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order, and anyone the law requires us to share with.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep form submissions and mailing-list details until you ask us to delete them or they're no longer needed.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
You can opt out of our sending your purchase to Google and Meta for ad measurement. Under California law that counts as "sharing" for advertising, and you have the right to stop it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
To do any of these, email support@bioaligncare.com. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

This website isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
