Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Carrier

Orders ship by USPS.

Cost

Shipping is a flat $15 per order, no matter how many items are in it. It's added at checkout.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

How long it takes

Processing: orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Delivery: 5–7 business days after your order ships.
After you order, we'll contact you about shipping and setup.
The BioAlign Home On-Site Server includes free professional installation in Fresno, Madera and Tulare counties. Everywhere else, it's set up with our step-by-step guide and phone support.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, tell us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). We'll replace it at no charge, or refund it if you prefer.
