The terms for buying from the BioAlign Care store.

Who you're buying from

The BioAlign Care store at bioaligncare.com/shop is run by KinovaAI LLC, 295 W Cromwell Ave #108, Fresno, CA 93711.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and come straight from our product catalog. Sales tax is added at checkout.
  • Shipping is a flat $15 per order. We ship to addresses in the United States.
  • You pay on Square's secure checkout page. Your card is charged when you complete checkout.
  • Eligible items can be financed through Affirm, subject to Affirm's approval and terms. Affirm charges your loan when your order is fulfilled.
  • If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we'll contact you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Monitoring is a separate monthly subscription

Hardware from the store is a one-time purchase. The monitoring service that sends alerts to your family is a separate subscription:

  • BioAlign Care At Home: $39.95 a month per household, after a 14-day free trial. You start it from the tablet. It renews every month until you cancel.
  • BioAlign Home On-Site Server: $39.95 a month, started when your system is set up. It renews every month until you cancel. No long-term contract.
  • You can cancel any time by emailing support@bioaligncare.com or calling (559) 705-0011.

Returns and warranty

30-day returns with a full refund, and a 1-year hardware warranty. The details are on our shipping, returns & warranty page.

What BioAlign Care is and isn't

BioAlign Care helps a family keep watch over someone at home and notice changes early. It's not a medical device, it doesn't diagnose anything, and it's not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911. It depends on power, your home Wi-Fi and phone notifications, so it can't guarantee that every event is detected or that every alert arrives.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a product is limited to what you paid for that product, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. See also our privacy policy.
