Shipping, returns & warranty

Plain terms for everything you buy in the BioAlign Care store.

Shipping

  • Shipping is a flat $15 per order, added at checkout. We ship to addresses in the United States.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
  • After you order, we'll contact you about shipping and setup.
  • The BioAlign Home On-Site Server includes free professional installation in Fresno, Madera and Tulare counties. Everywhere else, it's set up with our step-by-step guide and phone support.

Returns: 30 days, full refund

If anything you bought isn't right for your family, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

  • Items should be unused or lightly used, with their original packaging, cables and mounts.
  • To start a return, email support@bioaligncare.com or call (559) 705-0011 with your order number. We'll send return instructions.
  • You pay the return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. Then we cover it.
  • The $15 shipping charge is refunded only when the return is because of our mistake or a defect.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment: your card through Square, or your Affirm loan through Affirm. We issue the refund once the return arrives.
  • A monitoring subscription is separate from your hardware. Returning hardware doesn't cancel it; contact us and we'll cancel it at the same time.

Warranty: 1 year

Hardware bought from the BioAlign Care store is covered for 1 year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered item fails, we'll repair or replace it free, including shipping the replacement to you.

  • Not covered: accidental damage, water damage, misuse, modifications, or normal wear.
  • Devices you supply yourself, such as your own Android tablet or phone, aren't covered.
  • To make a claim, email support@bioaligncare.com with your order number and what's happening.
